Is it too late to start using video marketing for real estate?
I believe that every single real estate agent should be using video marketing in their business. But one thing I’ve been hearing from my clients lately is a lot of questions like:
“Is it too late?”
“Am I too old?”
“Am I behind. It seems like everyone is already doing that and I have no idea where to start.”
In this video, I want to share some encouragement about getting started with video and using it as a way to better attract and nurture future clients.
The sooner you START using video in your marketing and client communication, the faster you will develop your skills. And while it can be scary, remember this…Video communication is the highest form of communication aside from being in person with someone. In fact, our brain reads it the same way. Which means you have the opportunity to record one video and have multiple see it and establish trust. Now, you’ve scaled your time and efforts!
If you’re not ready to start publicly posting videos, sending 1 to 1 video communication to clients or leads is a great start. I’m even willing to be a guinea pig and receive your practice videos via Instagram DM or email.
