Knowing WHAT to post is the first battle when it comes to marketing your real estate business with social media. In this blog post, I’ll share some simple real estate social media posts for October.
Before we get started, I want to invite you to sign up for my FREE Monthly Social Media Guide for Realtors. Every month, I send out a mini social media guide with content ideas, Canva templates, and captions for each of the posts. This is a great guide for real estate agents that are new to using social media marketing for their business. Each of these 5 social media templates are a preview of the monthly social media templates inside The Breakout Agent membership.

As a real estate agent, you have a couple of goals when it comes to content and social media marketing:
First, you want to attract an audience of local residents (or future residents aka relocation clients).
Second, you want to nurture your existing audience. Serve them, educate them, and build a relationship with them through your content.
Third, you want to convert your audience. Convert them to an email subscriber, convert them to a lead, or convert them to becoming a client.
Because you have 3 goals inside of your content strategy, you want to focus on a few different types of content and a specific CTA for each post.
If you’re trying to GROW your audience, give a Call to Action to follow.
If you’re nurturing, your CTA can ask that they save, share, or comment (just pick ONE each time).
If you have a post that you’re using to convert, offer a download, to message you, or schedule a consultation.
